F : How to execute game ?

A : The game program is automatically installed if you click start button or 'Play without login' button on homepage and you may enjoy the game. Pease follow manual installation method as below if it is not installed automatically.

You may click download button in library menu which is on top side of homepage, click download banner and you may execute and install after installation program downloaded.

F : What is meaning of playing without login ?

A : It is a button that you may enjoy the game without membership. You may have a temporary ID and game record can not be saved and chatting or ID change is not available.

F : How to register membership ?

A : You may register full membership if you click membership button on homepage, agree to the stipulation and protection policy of personal information, type your real name with resident registration number, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

F : I want to change my ID in the middle of game.

A : It displays ID change menu when you play the first game. If you did not change your ID at this time, click option menu on standby menu, click personal information change button on right bottom side then you may change your ID.

F : Game installation menu comes up on the screen continuously.

A : It could be a temporary appearance if game installation menu comes up continuously.

Please ask to TK after rebooting your PC.

C:\Windows > Temp > Select all files > Delete

C:\Windows > Cookies > Select all files > Delete

•  User of Windows 2000 (Click Windows detector)

C:\Documents and Settings > Windows login name > Local Settings > Temp > Select all files > Delete

C:\Documents and Settings > Windows login name > Local Settings > Cookies > Select all files > Delete

F : Who is the reporter ?

A : It is quite sorry but we could not provide information you asked. TK will not provide any personal information to anyone in any case except to the personal oneself or to the legal representative or to the government investigation office by formal request which is based on personal information protection policy.

For all the reporting will not be settled down quickly. But the person in charge in TK will clarify and decide seriously for the contents of reporting. You may contact TK directly if you have any other opinion, TK will make an answer after checking.

F : How to report ?

A : You may click report button on right side of input part if you receive unsound memo, curses wording memo, false personation of operator or deceit intension memo.

The report shall be taken automatically if you select the reason after pressing report button. And you may also receive result of decision within 3 days.

TK will make fair decision under serious investigation of the automatic transmitted evidence. You may also receive a decision of "not guilty" or "judgment impossible" if evidence is not enough or it is a nuisance reporting.
